1. Production Department
Role: Production Officer / Executive (Injectable)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Ampoule/Vial filling, sealing, and washing machines.
Oversee sterilization processes (Autoclave) and Lyophilization cycles.
Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and ensure 100% compliance with SOPs.
Manage shop-floor manpower and maintain cleanroom (Class A/B) integrity.
2. Quality Control (QC) Department
Role: QC Officer / Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Sampling and analysis of Raw Materials, In-process samples, and Finished Products.
Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Spectrophotometer, and Dissolution testers.
Perform Stability testing and maintain laboratory records (LIMS).
Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety protocols.
3. Quality Assurance (QA) Department
Role: QA Officer / IPQA Executive
Key Responsibilities:
IPQA: Conduct line clearance and in-process checks during manufacturing and packing.
Documentation: Review BMR, BPR, and logbooks.
Compliance: Assist in handling Deviations, Change Control, OOS, and CAPA.
Validation: Participate in equipment qualification and process validation activities.
4. Engineering Department
Role: Engineering Officer / Maintenance Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain utility systems including HVAC, Water System (WFI/PW), and Boiler operations.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injectable filling lines.
Ensure calibration of instruments and equipment as per the master schedule.
Maintain engineering spares and energy consumption logs.
Requisitos
Education & Qualifications:
B.Sc / M.Sc: (Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Microbiology) Preferred for QC and QA roles.
B.Pharm / M.Pharm: Essential for Production, IPQA, and Quality Assurance positions.
B.Tech / M.Tech: (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical) for Officer,
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing.
