Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with quality assurance. Handle batch record documentation and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
2-3 years manufacturing experience in sterile injectables
Experience with filling, stoppering, capping machinery
GMP and quality standards knowledge
Ability to follow SOPs and work in shifts
Good communication and teamwork skills
