Oversee batch manufacturing of sterile liquid injectables. Manage production teams and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and timelines. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with quality assurance. Handle batch record documentation and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
2-3 years manufacturing experience in sterile injectables
Experience with filling, stoppering, capping machinery
GMP and quality standards knowledge
Ability to follow SOPs and work in shifts
Good communication and teamwork skills
