About the Role
Lead all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. Develop HR policies and systems aligned with business objectives and legal requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. Oversee employee relations, training programs, and performance management cycles. Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain accurate HR records. Drive organizational development and culture initiatives. Support leadership in strategic HR planning and analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive (minimum 3-5 years)
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills
Proficiency in HR software/HRIS and MS Office
Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector preferred
Data-driven approach to HR reporting and analytics
