About the Role
Support all HR functions and initiatives. Assist with recruitment, screening, and scheduling of candidates. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Process payroll and benefits administration. Support employee onboarding and training programs. Assist with employee relations and grievance handling. Support compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 1-3 years of HR experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office. Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
