About the Role
Lead engineering department and oversee all technical functions. Manage equipment design, installation, and validation projects. Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory adherence in engineering operations. Lead engineering team and conduct training programs. Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures. Coordinate with production and quality teams on engineering matters. Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field
Minimum 7-10 years engineering experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Expertise in lyophilized product manufacturing and process validation
Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and equipment design
Proficiency in CAD software and process documentation
Leadership and team management experience
Ability to manage capital projects and vendor coordination
