Coordinate production activities and ensure batch completion. Monitor parameters and quality checkpoints. Liaise with manufacturing and QA. Prepare batch documentation. Support continuous improvement.
Requirements
3-4 years pharmaceutical production experience
Knowledge of batch processing and quality systems
Ability to analyze production data and solve issues
Good supervisory and communication skills
Familiarity with production documentation
