Requirements
Bachelor's in Pharmacy/Chemistry with 7+ years production management experience
Expertise in batch planning, validation, and regulatory compliance
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Capability to manage cross-functional teams
Knowledge of manufacturing systems and production planning
