Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing. Knowledge of GMP, quality standards, and production procedures. Experience with production planning and scheduling. Strong leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
