About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead and oversee all procurement activities for our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, leading the purchasing team, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements, and optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
5-7 years of experience in procurement with at least 2 years in managerial role
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and GMP standards
Proven experience in vendor development, negotiation, and contract management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Office
