A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is provided with every shipment to verify that the products meet the required pharmacopeial specifications. 2. Orders & Shipping Order Acceptance: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a formal Purchase Order (PO) and subsequent written acceptance from our sales department. Shipping (Incoterms): Unless otherwise specified, all international shipments are governed by standard Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF). Cold Chain Management: For temperature-sensitive injectables, we utilize validated thermal packaging. The buyer is responsible for maintaining these conditions immediately upon arrival. 3.
